Onboarding and induction is the first time your new employee is exposed to the "inside" of your company. It needs to be treated with respect and created in such a way that engages and equips the new employee from the moment they hit the floor.
Totalsports is a sport apparel retailer that focusses on running, football and gym apparel, gear and shoes. We assisted Totalsports with the design of their induction programme, aligning it to their brand essence, values and organisational culture.
